Job Description :

Home Health services office in Clearwater is seeking additional administrative support. The core responsibilities will include answering incoming calls, processing paperwork, data entry, and schedule management. We offer a small office environment with a family feel.


 


Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm


 


Compensation: $12.00-$13.00 per hour with performance based increases


 


Responsibilities:



  • Answer incoming calls professionally

  • High volume data entry

  • Process paperwork

  • Manage schedule


Qualifications:



  • Pre-employment drug and background screening process

  • Previous scheduling experience

  • Reliable transportation to and from work
