We are an Analytics company located in the Farmers Branch area and we are looking for a Bilingual CSR and Data Entry Clerks to join our team! You will be handling and packaging drug test specimens, processing background checks and test results, as well as entering data in the operating system.

Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm

Pay: $17 p/hr

Responsibilities include:

• Front line customer service- in person, telephone, email


• You must be able bilingual English/Spanish as 95% of our clientele are Spanish speaking only


• Perform heavy data entry in proprietary operating system


• Follow proper procedures and protocols to ensure accurate and reliable test results


• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations when handling sensitive information


• Package drug test specimens for transport to the laboratory for analysis, and complete chain-of-custody forms


• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between both locations, which are Farmers Branch and Arlington (approx. 25% of the time)


• Must pass a background check and drug test (we do not screen for marijuana)
