A growing manufacturing company is seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator in the Mesquite area to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in CNC machining, with a preference for experience in CNC plasma and/or laser cutting. This position involves working with advanced machinery to produce high-quality parts and components in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Schedule:

• Competitive pay range of $20 - $25 per hour (depending on experience).


• Monday to Friday work schedule (5:00 AM to 2:30 PM).

Requirements:

• Operate CNC machinery, and/or plasma/laser cutting equipment.


• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to set up machines and produce parts.


• Adjust CNC programs and machine settings to meet specific requirements.


• Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications.


• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot issues when necessary.


• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience operating CNC machinery.


• Experience with CNC plasma and/or laser cutting machines is highly preferred.


• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.


• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control.


• Solid mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.


• Basic math skills and knowledge of measurement tools.


• Experience operating brake and punch presses is highly preferred.
