Daily responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of 8 or more fabricators, mechanics, and shop team members.


• Lead, train, encourage teams in a professional manner to complete assigned tasks while meeting deadlines.


• Making sure all employees follow all safety policies and procedures.


• Strive for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost control.


• Manage budgets for all fabrication projects while not compromising quality of service and materials to satisfy customer base.


• Prepare production plans for assign department, daily duties for coworkers, and assure all tasks are completed.


• Overseeing preventative maintenance of all operation equipment in the shop.


• Scheduling daily pick-ups and deliveries in a timely manner utilizing computer software.


• Fill and file all required paperwork regarding orders, production daily tasks, routine maintenance, any other daily/weekly reports.

We are looking for a team-player, problem-solver, time-management guru.

• 3+ years of experience in commercial fabrication/welding, reading blueprints, cargo tank inspections.


• 3+ years of experience in leadership role.


• Familiar with ASME coding.


• Previous experience managing project budgets and making material orders as needed.


• Able to work with a variety of cultural backgrounds while leading them in a professional manner.


• Must have your own hand tools.

Monday to Friday - 7:00am to 3:30pm

Starting compensation $33 per hour (depending on experience)
