As a CNC Mill Operator, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC milling machines to produce parts according to specifications. You will work closely with engineers and production teams to ensure the highest standards of precision and quality. This role requires attention to detail, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Shift Availability: 2nd Shift: 12PM – 8:30PM, training on 1st shift 7:00am to 3:30pm .

Key Responsibilities:

• Must train on 1 shift, 7:00am to 3:30pm.


• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC milling machines on the second shift (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM).


• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and part specifications to determine machining requirements.


• Perform quality checks on finished parts using various measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).


• Troubleshoot and resolve machine or tooling issues to minimize downtime.


• Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent


• 2+ years of experience operating CNC milling machines in a manufacturing environment.


• Strong understanding of machining processes, tools, and materials.


• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.


• Proficiency in using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
