In this role, you will play a crucial part in creating high-quality components by setting up and operating CNC milling machines with precision and expertise in metal manufacturing. Your contributions will be highly valued as we continue to deliver exceptional products to our clients.

2nd Shift: 12 PM – 8:30 PM, training required on 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Pay: $20-$25 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce parts according to specifications.


• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.


• Ensure the quality of produced parts through precise measurements and inspections.


• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.


• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine operation efficiently.


• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.


• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Mill Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.


• Solid understanding of machining operations and materials properties.


• Adept at reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.


• Keen attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.


• Strong commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
