Manufacturing Engineer
We are thrilled to announce our growth and need passionate and talented individuals to join our dynamic team. Our business focuses on metal fabrication primarily in constructing commercial grade cooking instruments, Yum! Now hiring for the Manufacturing Engineer role, you will develop and maintain detailed CAD drawings, assist with process improvement, and support product and equipment designs to drive efficiency in our manufacturing environment. This role works closely with engineering and production teams to enhance design, production methods, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Will also consider CAD Designers and Engineering Technicians with relevant experience.
Schedule is Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD models and technical drawings for manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with and support production teams to develop design specifications and project requirements.
- Conduct testing and evaluation of prototypes, analyzing results to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in troubleshooting design-related issues during production stages.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending design modifications or new approaches.
- Liaise with manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of designs into production systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Qualifications:
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience will also be considered.
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in CAD design, engineering support, or manufacturing engineering within a production environment is required.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
