Production Worker
Food packaging facility is looking for new employees for all shifts! Located in Lakeland, this freezer/cooler facility will give employees the opportunity to grow inside the manufacturing business and give the option to work as much overtime as possible. With multiple openings on all shifts, this is the best space for your next work opportunity! Ideal candidates are team players and enjoy working in the cold.

Details on shifts and pay:
6:00am to 2:00pm - $13.00 h/p
2:00pm to 10:00pm - $14.00 h/p
10:00pm to 6:00am - $15.00 h/p
Days of work: Sunday to Saturday - 7 days out of the week
- Assist in the fabrication and packaging of food products according to company standards.
- Perform basic math calculations for inventory management and product measurements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production and distribution of food products.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Support the loading and unloading of materials, ensuring proper handling procedures are followed.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to facilitate the movement of goods.
- Able to work in cold weather (30 degrees)
- Physical aptitude to bend, squat, lift (25 pounds), and able to stand for long periods of hours.
- Previous experience in a food processing plant or similar environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding food safety practices.
