New upcoming fabrication shop is in search of new Rail Installer Field Foreman. The ideal candidate has experience leading a small 2-memeber crew, is familiar with fence installations, and is available to travel within Florida to complete each project.

Selected Foreman will be responsible for staying in contact with clients performing great customer service, manage a company vehicle and assure installations are conducted as scheduled. For this role it is required to stay in location until the project is completed to minimize travel time. Paid DM and stay will be supplied.

• 2 years in a supervisor role is required (project management, field work supervisor role, or prior foreman construction experience)


• Excellent customer service experience.


• Experience with hand tools is needed


• Able to stand outside under different weather conditions.


• Able to stand, stoop, bend for long periods of hours and able to lift to 80 pounds comfortably.


• Able to lead and train other installers in the crew.


• A clear driving record from the past 3 years is required.

Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday

7:00 am to 4:30 pm (overtime is expected)

$52k annually to start
