We're on the lookout for a seasoned receiver to join our warehouse team. The role of Warehouse Receiver is vital in keeping our food supply chain running smoothly, as it involves making sure all incoming goods are received correctly and efficiently. You'll be responsible for checking shipments, keeping inventory records up to date, and working closely with other warehouse staff to ensure everything runs like clockwork in our conveniently located refrigerated warehouse in Arlington, TX.

Hours: Monday - Friday, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, plus overtime when needed

Pay: $18 p/hr (weekly pay)

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.


• Verify the contents of shipments against purchase orders or invoices.


• Record and report any discrepancies or damages found during inspection.


• Organize and store received goods in designated areas within the warehouse.


• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.


• Collaborate with warehouse team members to optimize storage space and workflow efficiency.


• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures during all receiving activities.


• Assist with periodic inventory audits to verify stock levels and accuracy.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment (EPJ)


• Previous experience in a warehouse or receiving role is preferred but not required.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Able to lift heavy objects and operate basic warehouse equipment safely.


• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management tasks.


• Capable of working in a refrigerated area (25-35 degrees Fahrenheit).
