Unique fabrication facility located in Plant City, FL is in search of new mechanics to join the team. This facility fabricates complex equipment and provides a unique opportunity for employees to progress as mechanics and fabricators/welders. We are looking for mechanically inclined candidates with a strong attention to detail and a good work ethic. The ideal candidate has a background in industrial mechanics and/or MIG/TIG welding with a team player attitude, well-grounded personality, and an ability to learn new skills daily.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in fabrication such as Welding (MIG, TIG, fusion) industrial cargo and ISO tanks, rebuilding of pumps, valves, pipes, etc.

• Work in teams when need to assemble complex projects while managing delicate materials.

• Evaluate returned products and report to supervisor to fix parts as needed to achieve proper operation.

• Communicating and reporting to supervisor on project developments and completions.

• Attend safety trainings as required.

• Other duties can be added with time while acquiring more skills.

• Mechanically inclined


• Knowledge on basic hand tools


• Detail oriented (we work with delicate materials, and we need employees that will avoid mistakes)


• Able to bend, squat, stand for long periods of hours


• Able to lift to 70 pounds


• Knowledge of various types of materials (carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, etc.).


• Welding experience in MIG/TIG, stick, etc. is a plus


• Industrial mechanic or electrical experience is a plus

Hours: 6:30am to 5pm

Days: Monday to Friday (Some Fridays we end the day earlier)

Pay: $20.00 + depending on experience
